Rahul Bhutoria (born 1981, Kolkata, India) is an Indian entrepreneur, venture investor, and financial leader who serves as the Founder & Managing Director of Valtrust Capital and Designated Partner at Valtrust Partners LLP.
Driven by integrity, analytical precision, and a client-centric approach, he has dedicated over 17 years to empowering growth-stage ventures, executing complex transactions, and delivering high-impact investment solutions across Equities, Early-Stage Ventures, Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPE), and Special Situations.
Throughout his distinguished career, he has led Valtrust Capital in managing strategic wealth and investment solutions, served as an Investor & Director for a UK healthcare venture co-led with one of India's largest healthcare groups (which achieved a successful private equity divestment), acted as a Partner at Indcap Advisors where he executed transactions exceeding INR 300 Billion across India, and gained key corporate advisory experience at EY in Debt Advisory & Financial Restructuring as well as PwC in Financial Advisory.
In addition to his corporate achievements, Rahul is deeply committed to institution-building as a Founder/Sponsor associated with Ashoka University. He holds a BSc in Industrial Management from Purdue University (Indiana, USA) and an MBA from INSEAD (France).
